2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShipLang's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
3. Service Description
ShipLang provides an open-source technology stack and development tools to help developers build multilingual websites and applications. Our services include:
- Open source frameworks and tools
- Multilingual translation function
- Login and payment integration
- Technical documentation and support
- Developer backend management
4. User Account
Account registration
You will need to create an account to use certain service features. During registration:
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You must update your account information promptly.
- You must protect your account password security.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Account security
It is your responsibility to maintain account security. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use.
5. Usage License
Granted rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use our Services.
Usage restrictions
You agree that:
- Use of the service in any illegal or unauthorized manner
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, account, or system

6. Open source license
The ShipLang framework is released under an open-source license. When using open-source code, you must comply with the relevant open-source license terms.
Although the framework is open source, some service functions (such as login and payment integration) may require registering a developer account.
7. Paid Services
Pricing and Payment
Some service features may require payment. Regarding paid services:
- All fees are denominated in the currency shown.
- Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.
- Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle you select.
- You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests in exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancel subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until the end of that cycle.
External Links and Ecosystem Rights
If you obtain ShipLang ecosystem credits or additional language support through the "External Links for Benefits" campaign, you must follow these rules:
- Conditions for the continuation of rights: You must maintain the continued validity of the external link on the agreed page (such as your website homepage or footer).
- Revocation of Rights: If the system detects that an external link has been deleted or hidden, it will be considered that you have voluntarily given up the relevant value-added rights.
- Automatic processing: Once an external link becomes invalid, the system will automatically reclaim any additional language support and related ecosystem privileges under that account, and your account will be restored to the standard configuration of the basic version or the corresponding paid version.
8. Intellectual Property
Apart from open-source components, ShipLang services and their original content, features, and interfaces are owned by ShipLang and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The ShipLang name and logo are trademarks of ShipLang. You may not use these trademarks without written permission.
9. User Content
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, publish, or display through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us the necessary license to use that content to provide the service.
Content responsibility
You are fully responsible for your content and ensure that you have the necessary rights to use and share it.
Prohibited content
You may not submit the following types of content:
- Illegal, harmful or offensive content
- Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Content containing viruses or malicious code
- Spam or unsolicited promotional content
- False or misleading information
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipLang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
12. Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold ShipLang harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or cost (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or use of the Service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
You may terminate these terms at any time by ceasing to use the service and deleting your account.
Upon termination, the terms that should continue to apply (including the title clause, warranty disclaimers, indemnification and limitation of liability) shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be settled through friendly negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a court with competent jurisdiction.
15. General Terms
Full Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ShipLang regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
Divisibility
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Do not abstain
Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
